Ashley was recommended to us by our realtor in Arizona, as we were looking for a second home in Durango. From the moment we met her we knew that she was not only a knowledgeable and skilled realtor, but also a kind and genuine individual.As we traveled some distance by car to Durango Ashley had set up several appointments/showings for us in advance to maximize our time. Ironically, the property we were most interested in prior to our arrival had incorrect information in the listing (said it was not a vacation rental and it was) and was currently occupied by vacation renters. We were not able to access the property to see it despite our appointment, and Ashley handled the situation with professionalism, including communicating with the listing agent who failed to list the property accurately and maintain our appointment to see it.Ashley showed us several properties, and even showed us a fantastic property that came on the market over the weekend while we were there...which we ended up purchasing. Had she not kept her eye on listings over the weekend, we would have left the area without knowing about the property we now own.She was masterful in the process and out of 4 homes we have purchased this was the easiest transaction.
